Returns & Exchanges

All items are considered final sale due to their handmade to order nature and cannot be returned for a refund. If you are experiencing issues, we can offer to remake any item for a restocking fee and shipping is covered by the buyer.

Rush Orders/Need by Dates

I can definitely rush your order and have it delivered within a week or sooner from the order date.

**For all orders: please make a note of your need by date directly in the order details so that we can do what we can to ensure timely delivery. If your need by date is earlier than the latest estimated delivery date, please send us a message to alert us.

Shipping to AUSTRALIA has been extremely slow of late, so please allow for 10-15 business days once dispatched to arrive and factor this into the timing when placing your order.

Order and Personalization Details

We advise buyers check with us once they finish placing an order to ensure all details have been provided. We are unable to process orders with incomplete item and personalization details. In such cases, we will reach out to the buyer and request information. If we don’t hear back we will proceed to fully refund and cancel the order.

Sizing and Changes to Orders

Sizing is true to size with a comfortable and loungewear-appropriate fit based on the measurements within the size chart (check listing photos for item-specific guides).

*All items purchased are final and would only be allowed to be remade for a remake fee plus the cost to reship

*Changes to bag orders may not be able to be accommodated after 4 hours or order receipt, and garment orders 24 hours after order receipt, please double check your details prior to placing the order. Please send a message as soon as you can if you do notice a mistake, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you refund for damaged/lost items in transit?

I changed my mind about my order or found something elsewhere. Can I get a refund?

*All items purchased are final and would only be allowed to be remade for a remake fee plus the cost to reship. Please send a photo of the issue, if able, along with your request.

If your order is still processing and has not been shipped yet, please message us on Etsy to cancel within 24 hours if ordering garments and 4 hours if ordering bags/accessories.

I didn’t receive my pre-order item when I was supposed to. Can I get a refund? I sent a message, when can I receive a response?

We understand that you need your items in a timely manner. We’ll refund any sales that don’t reach you in time that are on a pre-order basis.

Messages sent in Etsy are answered as timely as possible. Please allow for 24-48 hours to receive a response. Messages sent back to back will only move your message further up the queue and take longer to see. Questions sent via email or in the order itself may be missed, so please use Etsy messages for any correspondence. Thanks!

Does SS Weddings cover the cost of postage for returns?

If your items arrived damaged or different to what’s described on our website, we’re happy to cover the cost of return postage. Please write to us about your concern and if genuine, we will provide a return label. A return is required to initiate a refund

If the order items did not arrive damaged or different and you are simply returning the items/exchanging then it is shop policy that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom and personalized orders

We offer to customize orders in every way possible since we make all our items from scratch, just message us to discuss your custom order!

*We do not send proofs of orders. If there is something you would like to see an example of, just shoot us a message.

*We assume all details are correct once the order is placed, so please check the details of your order (ie monograms on garments are to be placed in first, last, middle initial order depending on the font choses). We will proceed as ordered unless otherwise updated.

*For bags, when the emboss initials are all the same size, we recommend the initials are done in first, middle, last initial order.
